I got M&S two pack. One set is black and white very plain and perfect for work. The other was similar shape but hot pink and a purple one. About £32 for 2.

Just for recovery? M+S, or shock absorber. There's also triumph and panache. All the 'name' ones are about 35-40. Anything high impact non wired really.

I've been mainly wearing the M&S front zip, shock absorber or the nike almost crop top type bras. I'd say the m&s or shock absorber have definately been the most comfortable xx

I found this bra BRILLIANT. So much more supportive than the Macom.

I second what blush has said, the shock absorber has been my best buy.... I sleep in it every night and it's the first one I reach for if my boobs start to ache or anything... It's really supportive. I managed to get it for £18 from john Lewis, they may still have the deal on? They will also fit you with it so you know your getting the right size x
