Good sports bra to sleep in??
Hey can anyone recommend a comfy sports bra to sleep in? My post surgical bra has really started digging in think because I'm moving more the creases in the bra are digging into my scars and its very painful..
Also how long till people didn't sleep in a sports bra and long till you wore underwires? Xx

The M&S zip up sports bra is see less so perfect for those having had a lift. They loo cute too with a pair of knickers. Not grannyish at all. X

I found this nightie in Bravissimo with a support bra inside it. Wasn't sure at first if it would be supportive enough but those babies aren't going anywhere once inside it! There are no uncomfortable seams and it's kind of moulded under the breast so none of the scar rubbing that I expereinced before with all of my support bras in the night xxx

Shock absorbers. And you should sleep in a sports bras all the time really to look after boobs and prevent sagging. 12 weeks for me until I could wear wires x

Thanks girls just ordered a zip up from marks hope it fits .. So do you sleep in the sports bra forever then?!
Will use padding on my current bra to stop the creases digging in as v painful...
And check out shock absorbers too. Xx

Its entirely up to you hun once you get the all clear from your surgeon that all is well.
I personally chose to wear a sportsbra for bed as well as using a kush. I'm probably over paranoid but I want to maintain the look of my boobs for as long as possible and the best way to do that and put off the sagging process for as long as possible is to keep my boobs supported at all times. Xx
The fresh air will do your boobs the world of good

Thanks Cookie - what is a kush? One of the scars has a red patch on and the other boob is sore I don't think the wedding helped!
But have ordered lots of healthy food and will aid them once a day.. Looking forward to being healed so I can start massaging away my scars! X
