Re: Macom bra
Have you measured your band? Make sure you measure yourself as I have always worn a 32 back and measured myself to find I was 29 inch ribcage!

Re: Macom bra
Signature definitely! I would get your normal size and possibly a size bigger too to cater for possible swelling? Xx

Re: Macom bra
It's the 1007 you want. Check your band size first, as so many women are in the wrong size. Take a tape measure straight across your back where your band would sit. Whatever that reads is your true band size. Do no add 4/5, this is wrong.
Sizing it depends what you want it for. Immediately post with swelling, go up at least one size. If you want it for longer term, then get your true size.

Re: Macom bra
It's from olden days when the modern style of bra was invented during war times. Fabric technology wasn't at its best or most available, so you had to allow extra for it to actually fit you. These days we're spoilt for choice, so it's outdated, but certain stores continue to measure like that as it puts more women into a smaller range of bras, so they don't have to stock loads of sizes. It's much easier for me to walk into any store for a 36A than a 32E!
