So my surgeon recommended macom bras for after ba and I will also need a breast band too. Did anyone else like/use/prefer anything else?

Maybe hold off with the breast band as they will probably give you one!

Hiya, ive got 2 macoms and i absolutely love the Marks and Spencers extra high impact bra's. They come in a pack of 2 and personally i prefer them (although i only wore my macoms for the first couple of weeks as they are easier to put on when your feeling fragile) xx

The macom is fine and will see you right through your recovery. If you can afford to, get two, so wash one wear one. And yes, don't bother buying a band, I woke up with one on and then they gave me a second, again, wash one wear one.

Re: Just macom?
Im going through MyBreast. The surgeon works all over, does surgery at this particular private hospital on a Friday. He did say most hospitals he works out of give you the band but for some reason this hospital doesnt supply them! Annoying really!

Re: Just macom?
Nope, standard size. I'm sure I can spare one of mine! Just p+p will do, mine were both given to me. PM your address and I'll pop one in the post and let you know how much it was. It was hand washed daily and worn every other for 8wk, but still in perfect shape. Though there might be pen marks where I knew how tight to pull!! White or nude?

Just found my old chicken fillets digging it out!! They feel so heavy now! Even tho the implants are twice the size at least! I guess you get used to the weight!
