Re: Weighed myself and was shocked
I blame the Easter bunny as only eat chocolate for comfort and hubby and kids bought me loads while I was resting in bed plus also he isn't the best at cooking healthy bless him so he was doing sausages, egg, pizza, nuggets and chips for kids and me but I was grateful. After 2 weeks I could cook with garlic again which was a godsend haha. I think I am going to try and keep to lean proteins and loads of veg and fruit after my check up tomorrow with nurse. Plus not sure on going back to gym for a while I haven't told anyone about ba and everyone will notice I just said was taking a short break haha x

Girls, the worst thing you can do is get on the scales so near PO. Water retention constipation. You will weigh more. Implants etc. if you eat healthy you will be fine and even if you do put on a couple of pounds it will easily come off again after. Concentrating on your healing and go for a gentle walk will help. Please don't worry . Xxxxx

You'd be surprised how little you put on, as long as you stay eating healthy and remain active, walking etc. But Anne's right, try and stay away from the scales. They're evil at the best of times!

Re: Weighed myself and was shocked
This is something that really concerned me as ive been fighting to keep weight off after easter etc ha. But i think about stupid im being as its not our fault after surgery with weight gain. Will increase because of implants anyways but also from not being able to work out and we always feel bloated after surgery. Dontworry girls :-) it will soon be lost xx
