Re: unders
It's hard, I'm not going to lie. I don't have comparison, but it's supposed to be a little tougher going than overs. Mostly it feels tight and heavy, more than painful. Laughing sneezing and coughing hurts like a bch! But it's totally doable. Some girls are back up and running in a week, some a little longer. Took me a week before I could lift my arms and wash my hair, 3before I drove again. But everyone recovers at their own rate.

Re: unders
1st week I couldn't do much at all that involved upper body/ using pec muscles, even flushing loo was very uncomfortable . Once I got through the 1st week each passing day after that I felt so much better, couldn't believe the turn around. XXX

Re: unders
I'm 2 weeks post op and it hasn't been easy! Up until day 10 I felt like crap and basically just napped and sat on the sofa or in bed. I've had pain in mainly my left boob, where the muscle was cut I presume. Still can't fully lift or stretch my left arm out.
Coughing, sneezing, blowing nose hurts chest loads! Getting dressed is hard! Can just about wash my hair but mainly use my right arm.
Unders was the only option for me as I didn't have enough breast tissue and I wanted a more natural look especially as I was so small before.

Re: unders
You'll soon learn the butt shuffle! Sitting yourself up, getting out of bed, all butt shuffling! It gets easier, I promise, after 2-3wks you'll be back to nearly normal.

Re: unders
I found getting/sitting up post op was made easier by doing sit ups pre op, to strengthen tummy muscles. XXX

Re: unders
I have to be honest, I found it pretty easy.
I was up and walking around on day 2, taking it steady but getting out walking the dogs (not holding them) for half an hour or so. Day 3 I was walking for an hour.
Don't get me wrong I took it easy, but in honesty, the most frustrating thing for me was feeling so well and not being able to do anything.
I went back to work after a week no bother.

Re: unders
Hiya, my first BA was 525cc overs. Very sore and painful but not unbearable. This time iv had a full anchor lift with 390cc unders and have not hurt half as much. Nurse says she hears it a lot with a second BA so could just be that. Every one varys so the main point is.. its all worth it!! lol xxx

Re: unders
Hi. I had unders and am very much like the girls above. Found it hard to do anything that involved upper body, even the smallest of things like flushing the loo was difficult but it had completely eased by 3-4 weeks post op. It felt like I had an elephant on my chest most of the time and I wanted to kill anyone who made me laugh! Worth it in the end though! Xx

Re: unders
heya :) i'm 7/8 weeks post op. Aside from morning boob, which really was quite sore for me for the first week, I found recovery really easy. I think i'd psyched myself up for it to be horrendous so it wasn't bad at all in the end. My husband said he was really surprised at how well i coped.
I wasn't able to lift a full kettle or anything like that, but I didn't mind that as I'd rather the implants were protected and I didn't do anything to compromise my recover. Day 5 was my turning point and I was pretty much back to normal by week 2 :) Hope this helps. I had a fairly large implants as well so if you have any questions fire away! x

Re: unders
Morning boob arrrrr I know what that means - u feel like a head rush in your boob, I get this every time I move into a more sitting up position . Feels like when your boobs fill with milk ( breast feeding mums will know what I mean by that )

Re: unders
I had dissolvable, but one didn't dissolve and got a minor infection, which is really common. That was sorted with some anti-b's. Ahh 1 week until boobies for yoooou!!
