2 days post op 440cc under
Love Hi ladies
So I'm 2 days post op currently in a lot of discomfort!
I bought a M n S high impact front zip support bra but it's so tight around my arms and shoulders it's giving me back aswell as pain from recovery!
Please can any of you recommend a diff more comfortable adjustable post op bra! I'm just feeling very achy and unhappy today
Can't wait for boobies to settle and be in more comfort
I also have a couple of pre and post op pics if anyone is interested!? X

I didn't get on with the zip front either, I have a long body, so need the adjustable straps. As Roses said, the m+s 2pk high impact is meant to be pretty good, I think it's £25 for the two. If you want to spend a bit more, try the shock absorber range or triumph triaction. With a back fastener, you can get your regular back size and some extenders to account for the swelling, rather than having to buy new ones in a couple weeks.

The M&S two pack of high impact back fasteners as Rose says get excellent reviews. They've actually gone up in price now, probably as their popularity has risen and now costing £29. But still £14.50 per Breast Augmentation is bloody good value. The back extenders she also suggested are fab and help you adjust the band to accommodate the swelling and then when the swellings gone... You can ditch the extenders and have your regular band back, fitting you the entire time and being able to adjust as you go.
There's nothing worse than feeling crappy and uncomfortable so sending big hugs hun and hoping when you're in a bra better suited to you you'll be feeling much better. Xx

Hi ☺️
Starting to get there think the first few days I just felt like I had been run over haha clearly I don't deal with pain and discomfort very well! How did you find THG? X

We all heal differently babe, so don't think you aren't healing well. It's just your body takes a little longer healing...one of my ops took a solid two weeks for me to get over. I literally could barely stand for a week. So don't bash yourself hun. I came good in my own time...as will you.

I bought some front fastening Triumph high impact support bras in 2 different sizes from Ebay (BNWT) for less than £15 each (I thing £12 each but cant remember). They seem good, although I have only tried them on pre-op.
I also bought a Renolife post-surgery bra for £25 from here:

I really enjoyed my experience at THG if that doesn't sound odd! The staff were all lovely, and I was made to feel very comfortable and welcome :) What about you? I've been meaning to get my story up, but going to wait a little bit longer until the recovery rollercoaster slows down a bit ;) x
