The 'Ideal Implant'

There is a new Breast implant that has just been recently FDA approved, but won't be sold on the market for a further 6 months.
The implant is a saline implant with the shell having been improved to make for more natural movement, feel and texture.
It likely wont be a hit here in the UK, but the Americans will love it with it being saline because they still mostly have a big fear of silicone.
