Sports bra recommendations
Hi girls
I'm so so sorry to ask this as I know it's asked all the time but I've been trawling through old posts and finding it quite hard! I posted a little while ago that I felt that my sports bra wasnt giving me the support I need as previously advised my asda sports bra (on recommendation from my surgeon) seems to have got looser in the wash. So I'm after recommendations for good sports bras if you don't mind reminding me? Also, I'm 3 weeks post op now, is it better to go and be fitted properly or can I buy online? Thanks girls, really appreciated! Xx

Re: Sports bra recommendations
Asda sports bras are cheap and nasty, they don't give the full support a branded sports bra will give you.
The likes of shock absorber, triumph etc are specialised sports bra manufactures meaning they're sports bras are up to the standard a sports bra needs to be for comfort and most of all high impact support.
I've always been a fan of shock absorbers. The support they give is second to none. And the smallest band width they come is is 28 and goes up to a huge j cup. So a vast range of band and cup sizes.
Others favour the triumph extreme which is cut a little more like a bra and the m and s.front zip bra.
Debenhams, bravissimo and all major department stores will sell shock absorbers, however when you know your size eBay is a little gold mine of extremley cheap brand new shock absorbers in a wide range of colours!! X

Mrs B has said it all really. There's also the panache non-wired. You could go get fitted, just mention the surgery if you're ok with it, so they're more gentle with you, and maybe take a friend along, you might get a bit achy trying loads on.
