Re: Last few days
Well, it's up to you, but I always bought Hibiscrub prior to surgery. It's an anti-septic wash used in hospitals that you can buy from Boots. You just bathe/shower in it the night before your op and on the morning of. It prepares your skin for surgery, so helping lower the risk of infection.
You could maybe book a wash and blow dry appointment at a cheap salon for the week after your Breast Augmentation. I wouldn't spend a lot if you go to an expensive salon normally because it's only to help you feel clean, so cheap and cheerful is all that's needed.
Maybe have a manicure and pedicure. You're unable to wear polish or false nails to theatre so the maniped just makes all your nails look healthy and fresh.
Check you've brought everything you might need post-op don't to within good reach so you're not having to stretch for anything at all. Sort yourself some comfy easy on/off clothes or PJs if you'd prefer for a week so they're all there ready for you.
If you live in your own home then a good shop before the big day will help saving you having to go out for anything till you're ready. If you cook from fresh then you could make a little more food than normal and freeze it ready for after your op so you need only heat things up to eat, or if you don't cook then get some ready meals in so there's no worrying about food.
If you have sky or other means that you can record from, maybe start recording some things now so you have stuff to watch post-op to pass the time away. Get yourself a book if you like reading, or a load of mags if you prefer those. You'll want some kind of entertainment to hand to help with boredom.
Think that's about it. Xx

Re: Last few days
Depends I nested. I went around doing odd jobs around the house I knew I didn't want to do after like changing light bulbs and had a big spring clean. I eat lots of fruit and kept healthy. As I have children I prepared 8 meals and frozen them couldn't fit anymore lol just mince grave mash veg n spagetti bol. Nice and simple so don't feel forced to cook as I'm a single mum. Have you ordered your v pillow? Bra?

All very good ideas there from Cookie! I did most of those, forgot to book wash and blow dry and seriously regretted it! My fiancé had to wash my hair for me a couple of times bless him. Enjoy the run up hun. So excited for you! X
