10 Days to go!
Only 10 days left now ladies until I'll be at the spire little Aston waiting to go through for my op! First operation ever in my life too so I'm feeling a little nervous, I've made a list of everything I need to get next week before my mom comes over to birmingham from Jersey to look after me for a week (she's a nurse so I now I have my own personal one at home ;) )
My list of things to get for home/ hospital are:
•Zip up hoody/ tracksuit set
•New dressing gown
•New slippers
•V pillow
•Electric toothbrush
If there's anything I've missed is appreciate it if you could let me know :)

Re: 10 Days to go!
Ooooo how exciting for you Lydia!
Thers a shopping [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] list if you'd like to look through hun.
I'd add an energy drink such as red bull or lucozade to that because after not eating for so long its great to just get that shot of energy into ya.
Also some throat lozenges hun, your throat is often sore after surgery so they're nice and soothing. Xx

Re: 10 Days to go!
Thank you both! Definitely didn't even think to take those with me. So glad I've joined this it's nice being able to speak with people that have had/going through the same thing as me as no one in my family has had BA done nor do they know I'm having it done apart from my mom & grandparents! Biting my nails as we speak haha xx

Re: 10 Days to go!
no no worries in asking im glad people ask, basically my muscles arent letting the implants drops so I still have way too much upper pole and my nipples point the floor lol also I have CC in my left breast which is now causing some pain
So the plan is open me up release my muscles lower the implants and then he will do what he needs to for the CC hope the capsule around the implant just needs scored to release it
so glad that you have found this forum before your op as you will have so many concerns and questions afterwards, all normal and its great to come here xx

Re: 10 Days to go!
Pre-ops can be done anytime from six months prior or surgery to a couple of days before surgery and some clinics just don't bother with a pre-op if you're fit and well, with no medical conditions at all lovely, so I wouldn't worry about that. Xx
Re: 10 Days to go!
Oh I'm a bit excited to answer this one, coz I've mine next Mon, 2 weeks before my op.

Re: 10 Days to go!

Re: 10 Days to go!
If you're very concerned Lydia, why not just call your clinic tomorrow babe and see what's going on. It can only help to put your mind at rest can't it babe. Xx
