What to wear after sports bra
Hi ladies I've been told to wear sports bra and band for 30 days and no underwire for 3 months so I was wondering what do you wear inbetween can anyone recommend a bra ????

Just stick with the sports bra if it's comfy. If you only need high impact for the first 30 days then you might be able to move to a comfort bra like the Belvia. But if in doubt, as your surgeon what they recommend.

Re: What to wear after sports bra
There's some really pretty non-wired bras you could wear if you'd like, or crop tops or the Belvia comfort bras as Charlii suggested there's lots of things you can could buy.
Lepel do some beautiful non wired reasonably priced bras but they only go up to a D/DD
For DD+ M&S have some nice bras as well as Debenhams and Figleaves online have a great choice, so lots to choose from. Xx

Thanks ladies I've got the macom and m&s high impact which is lovely and comfy so might stick to this and just get another. I find the macom lovely to sleep in and m&s one better for day :-)
