Boobs gone tight again.
Hi girls, I have managed to pick up a really bad head cold and a bad cough. My boobs were just starting to feel better but have now gone really tight again . I'm guessing it's from the coughing. I really hope it's not going to hinder my recovery ? I was doing so well too. My boobs have gone a bit harder as well. I'm feeling right sorry for myself xxxx

Everybody coughs, it's fine. You're not going to damage them. It may even be your chest feels tight, not your boobs, if you've got a cold. Get some chesty cough syrup, keep warm, and keep a pack of lozenges to hand. Feel better :)

Awww Jen c'mere
Is it possible as you've been feeling better you might have been over doing things a little?
Yes, having a cough might make your 'chest' sore but it won't bring out the swelling again which is what's going on with your boobs feeling hard. That's generally caused by over using your upper body babe.
You need to rest up Jen look after yourself, keep warm, hot honey and lemon drinks with some paracetamol, a box of tissues and do nothing!
All the healing right now is happening 'inside your boobs' were you're not seeing. You look good on the outside, you feel better after surgery and you start doing more things getting back to normal life.
But back to normality is still a long way off yet whilst the inside of your boobs which took a battering are all healing. If you over work the upper part of the body you upset the healing going on inside there and to protect your boobs - your body will step up and surround the Breast with fund again to protect it.
If you do nothing for a couple of days you'll start seeing the swelling reduce again Jen.
Get well soon Jen and DO NOTHING xxxx
