My daughters been ill. Since last Thurs I've felt like I'm coming down with something and I'm feeling a little worse not better. Hot and achy and bad belly. But im worris it's building upto something. I have full flu the other week and it started and lingered like this then bam knocked me off my feet. Hope it doesn't happen this time or the 15th is cancelled and my works want me to use holidays not sick so it's now or never over Xmas

Awww Loui, you've been here long enough to know these are classic symptoms on the last leg of your build up toward the big day.
Your surgery won't be cancelled unless your airways are obstructed or you have an infection sweetheart.
So keep warm, plenty of hot fresh honey and lemon drinks and I'm sure you'll be just fine on the big day - don't stress sweetie.

As above! Get lots of rest and it's very unlikely you'll get the flu twice this soon afterwards so you're probably just run down. Sleep!

When are you due for your op firecracker? It's been a niggly cold feeling and my sinuses are getting blocked. Doesn't help when I can't rest up and after caring for a sicky daughter all night and now up getting ready to work in London today. I have 5 days including today but I just hope it's not like last time when it refused to go away and instead stepped up a gear n turned into flu

The more you stress about it Loui, the more unwell you're going to feel babe.
Think positive! Right now it's just a niggly cold. So keeping up the hot honey and lemon will help your immune system from those fresh vitamins. I know it's hard being a working mum, but this is your big day, so think positive thoughts sweetie and you'll soon have your fab new boobs!
