Re: January Buddies
Hey girls! Glad you're doing well Roses & Rebecca.
Im doing well too, comfort wise they are almost back to normal, feel a bit weird when not wearing a bra though!
I went skiing for a couple of days and they were no problem at all.
Looks wise- still not entirely happy. They're just so round it annoys me, hope they drop/fluff soon so I can stop looking like a porn star lol. I wanted natural not round and stuck on! We shall see... X

Hi ladies, yes all back to normal. Doing weights at the gym, can't run, have tried but they go hard lol. I've noticed mine have a bigger gap between them, and they are a lot softer. Bras ok but love wearing my support bra. Glad everyone is ok x x x

Hi all, good to hear everyone is doing well.
I'm back in the gym, doing light upper body, even running with a super good sports bra and mine don't move! It's a berlei run high impact.
They are softening up lovely too. :-) they feel like a part of me already. So happy. Xx

I'm good thanks chick, trying to be patient with the odd boob! They look great in a bra but uneven out ov one! I'll give it 12 week then I'm going to go back and see my surgeon if there's no improvement! I'm using the shock absorber but I find it's really tight on the back! I'm a 32 back but need a 34 in this! Still have movement though so wearing 2 xxxx

Re: January Buddies
I've been doing core work for 2 weeks now. Gentle last week then built it up a bit more this week. Your recovery may be slightly different as you had a uplift? X

Re: January Buddies
Hello January pals :)
I'm gonna give it a few more weeks till I'm feel comfortable doing exercise. I've never been one for exercising, I walk loads as I don't drive. But I now want to tone up my body as I have a weeny bit of baby belly left and generally just want toning all over.
Dunno where to start with that though, maybe going Zumba, I like dancing!
Hope everyone is ok :)
