Oh pixie thank you! I'm overwhelmed by everyone's kindness. I really do appreciate it. 

Gotta say, so far I haven't seen one bad result from the anatomicals and those that know me know I wouldn't say that unless I actually meant it. They're all gorgeous and I'm just hopeful mine will look like any of those that have shown me.

Hi, I've created my album, hope I've done it right, the pics aren't great so going to try and put a few more flattering ones on today! I had a lollipop lift, nipple reduction on right, 280 anatomical natrelle 410s overs. I also had a tubular breast correction and as you can see my more tubular breast is way behind the other on dropping and you can still see the old crease. 5 weeks old today , my surgeon said be patient so I'm trying.....

just realised, I did see two before and afters, one was Amy Childs, who had the same op I am due to have (change of implants with anatomicals to get a bit of an internal lift) but she was wearing a bikini so in my mind I was like, I can't see!, (but the result was good IMO) and another lady but I think that was a straightforward first time op with anatomicals and a lot smaller size as well. 

also sorry to ask an aside question but has anyone had extra high profile anatomicals, do they look in proportion/natural or do they have the same fake effect as round high profiles? 

am thinking of going for 560 or 615 xhp anatomicals to get the most lift/projection, but was just wondering what people's experiences / views on xhp anatomicals are? Had round high profiles once for  years I think, but overs, and just had to have them redone because I didn't like how fake they looked and my new surgeon recommended to go for moderates overs which looked a million times better. So I do tend to prefer the wider, more natural look if I have that option?

have decided to go for the 560cc anatomicals extra high profile to get the projection I would need. I have been thinking about it and I don't want to go too big (unless the surgeon thinks I need to go bigger) and I am sure they will look a million times better than my current state, so I just have to wait for the op and hope all goes well till then. xx

Thanks they look lower in my avi but they are actually sitting quite high at the mo. I'm only 10 days PO . They are sitting about 3 inches from my collar bone. Xx

Can all of you ladies please take note of your picture statuses please. Theyre an important part of our forum and so if anyone is sharing with newbies please go to your profile, scroll down to picture status and choose the option you're happy with, whether that's willing to share with anyone on the forum, whether you just want to share with women you've gotten to know and will then only share with active/addict/elite members or if you don't want to share at all and be bothered by members asking you, choose the status to reflect that. If you are changing your status, please don't forget to uncheck the status you 'don't' want other wise it's going to show both in your profile. 

You can see everyone's status under their profile, so if someone's profile states they only wish to share with active/addict/elite members then newbies are unable to request pictures from those women.

I have anatomicals and I told my colleagues there were fake - they didn't believe me - I had to show them my scars!!

Which size did you have kezjb? So many different sizes and projections with the 410 natrelle range I got confused.  I had n27 fx 410 which was full length extra projection n have to say I look now like how I should have after puberty everyone I've shown say how natural they are for me.

Thanks for the link, it doesn't work but from your avi they look really nice and not the bolted on look at all so I am reassured that even if i went for the xhp I would be ok. 

Just didn't want to make a costly mistake and then have to have another revision op, and all the time off work, and money that would cost.. 

If you could pm me one after photo that would be great, or re-send the link again?

I would never have known they were not real..

I love them, and am totally sold, I don't think the xhp makes them look odd at all.. 

So I think I can go to 560 or even a bit bigger if I need to without a problem.

Let's hoping all goes well at the consult and I get the anatomicals I want now!!
