Fake-ness 3 months PO?
Hellooo!
So I'm now just over 3 months post op. Really really happy with my boobs - I asked for natural looking and in proportion and that's exactly what I've got. However....I've got hardly any body fat up top, as I'm a total pear shape (less so now, thankfully!), and when I raise my arms, my boobs look SUPER fake, because you can see the shape of the implants pretty clearly. I know 3 months is still relatively early days, but is this likely to change at all as they continue to soften or is it likely to stay the same? I'm not too worried about it, just curious! x

I think I'm the same as you! Very natural looking but with arms raised or hands on hips they look a lot more fake when naked. I'm used to it now, I'm 4 months post op. I guess there's no pleasing me as 1 minute I think I could have gone bigger and then the next minute I catch a glimpse naked in that kind of position and that they look a little fake! Did you have overs or unders? I had overs and wonder if it would be less obvious with unders x

I think there's always going to be a fake look to boobs when you adopt a position that pushes implant outwards as implant is a more solid shape & when pushed in an outward position your natural tissue/skin stretches over it making in more noticeable. XXX

Hi Ella I think they will always look a bit unnatural at some angle as they aren't real. Maybe you are being a bit over-critical as you know what's in there? Ihave chosen 250cc high profile anatomical unders as I want them to look natural and be in proportion to my body but am now worrying they are going to be too small. What bra size were you pre BA and what are you now and how tall are you? I'm 32b and 5'1". Hope you don'tind me asking.

Im with Mirren on this, Its just coz you're putting them in a different position. And if you're super skinny you might see it. But they we study our boobs post op to within an inch of their life, so we notice all the nuances that no one else does! Though there could still be some more changes to come, you never know.
