Re: insicions
Don't massage at all WOOWOO unless you've been given the all clear from your clinic nurse or surgeon.
The hardness of your scars are perfectly normal. Don't worry about those at all. When you get the all clear and you can start to massage using just your finger tips and using a circular movement up and down the scar with a lil help from some moisturiser if you'd like or bio- oil ( do get the all clear to use any oils or lotions too on your scars due to the risk of infection and don't worry about using expensive ones. There's no need hun). Xx

Re: insicions
As Cookie has said you'll need to wait until you have the all clear before massaging, but once you have the all clear it's not long before massaging breaks down the scar tissues & any hardness & lumps/ bumps disappear. XXX

Re: insicions
You may have been given some guidelines previously on discharge, but if not, with the girls on this, no touching until you're allowed.
