Hi jus23red,jus32red wrote:Hi everyone,
I'm new on here too. Booked in with Mr Meleagros at Transform in London on the 15th. I'll be honest, absolutely bricking it! Very excited at the same time though. I'm going with 615cc which is starting to freak me out a little but I'm not going to let these feelings get the better of me! The patient co-ordinator said that would take me to a gg while the nurse said to get a sports bra in an e. Guess my cup size will be a nice surprise! On the whole arnica thing, what supplements if any is anyone taking? I see so much conflicting advice. Also, what bras have everyone brought? There are so many! Wish they just supplied one and I could stop worrying over silly things. Good luck everyone having their opps this month x
You've not got long to go now so your bound to be nervous but just think it will be all worth it in the end
As for supplements I have only been advised to take Anica for help with the bruising and to be honest I haven't read of anyone taking any other supplements so far. As for choosing a bra, I decided to go with Macom as they are front fasting and you don't need to estimate a cup size with them as they stretch to it, you just choose your back size! They are a little pricey to some with you get a 15% discount I am sure if you put in the code "mybreast" at the checkout. Try not to worry about these bits as you will get it sorted & will be in and out in no time!

Re: November Buddies
Wow jus 23, not long now!
It does always seem like the little bits that do your head in doesn't it.
Im very fortunate that my surgeon provides 2 bras in the price so ive not had that to stress about.
I think I would have gone for macom to begin with, my friend just had hers done and she swears by her m and s zip up one.....they've had mixed reviews tho I think

Morning all, I'm super super excited!!! I've not slept last night but it wasn't because of being scared or nervous it's because I felt like a child on Xmas Eve :-))) I'll be on as soon as possible to let you know how my body reconstruction went

Re: November Buddies
Hi all, I'm 8 days post up now! & feeling fantastic! I can honestly say I would recommend taking arnica I took it 7 days before and 7days after I've hardly had any bruising I've had ZERO pain and have been able to lift my arms and carry on as usual from day one! The only thing that is causing me discomfort is wear I had lipo suction!!! Wow that hurts - where they have done the tummy tuck doesn't! So it's literally just on my hips that's im in some pain & discomfort :-)))
I'm also feeling a little boob greed already, I had 415 unders which I am overwhelmed with & cannot stop touching them - I love my new rack (haha) xx

Re: November Buddies
Hi I'm 3 days post op today and haven't really had much pain. I stopped taking painkillers on Tuesday night. I have discomfort but it's bearable. I've been able to resume daily chores, making dinner, washing, some ironing and the school run. (With a lot of rest in between). My hubby had to go back to work so I hadn't any choice :( looking forward to the weekend so I Can lay on!
