Woke up this morning and my left breast feels a little hard, if I use my arm to push up it feels strange can't describe it. My left has always been more tender. I'm nearly 8 weeks post op. Xx

This early they're still going to be firm and won't move so much, which is probably why it feels weird to do so. They’ll keep softening over time, so I wouldn't worry about it just yet. If it's always been more tender it's likely the breast that suffered more trauma so it's probably just got more healing to do yet.

I thought that but always like asking on here because you all seem to reassure me. I wore a normal bra yesterday and was thinking it might just be that. Thank you xx

It could well be that. Was it a wired bra? Do you have the all clear for them? Even if you do, doesn't mean your boobs are ready for a whole day of them. Being so firm still they won't want to be squished into a wired bra, so that's what could be causing the soreness. Ease them into it a couple hours at a time.

I spoke to my surgeon and he said I can wear normal bras, I took the wires out of the one yesterday but wore one today for a couple of hours with wires. Going back to sports bras for a little longer and see how it goes. It's my right one, such a dippy cow, it's always been my right don't know why I've said left. Xx
