macum bras
hello everyone i am 4 weeks pre op and was thinking on buying macum bras any thoughts?have no idea what size il be thats why i was thinking this

I wish I'd bought the Macom sooner, it took all the sizing issues away. I still wear mine to bed 14m on! First, what support has your surgeon recommended post op. If he wants braless or no support, no point wasting your money! But high impact, perfect. Second, measure your true band size. Like 80% of women are in the wrong size band because of the old +4/5 rule. Take a tape measure round your band and what ever that reads is your true size (ie I'm 31" so wear 32). The Macom website will translate that for size, so a 32 is small. Then you have to think about swelling. A lot of girls go up one or two bands with the swelling for the first 2-3weeks post. Personally I would buy the Macom in your true size, but get a back fastening bra with extenders for the first couple weeks, like the m+s high impact 2pk £25.
