Both Breast implant and uplift at same time
Hi Ladies I am going for 410CC (which should take me to a DD) teardrop under the muscle with an uplift. I'm really excited but a little anxious too and would love to hear of anyone who's had both implant and uplift at the same time especially in regards to recovery. I'm a bit of a gym bunny so would love some advice on what I could do and when I could get back into full training mode again. Any advice welcome when having both procedures xx

Thanks for replying. Wow! I'm going to get really itchy not being able to,lift weights for 3 months. See better to get it right first time. Do you mind me asking how was the pain in the first few days? And what the scarring is like, mine will be a lollipop scar. X

Re: Both Breast implant and uplift at same time
No worries, I can honestly say I had very little pain as initially really dosed up and then cocodamal and ice did the trick for nx few days. The real big thing for me was the slow recovery and how restrictive movements are but it soon passes and 12 weeks has flown by. I couldn't b happier, I hope all goes well for u x

Re: Both Breast implant and uplift at same time
hi not at all ask away
the pain has been mainly under my arms and breast area I have the cut around the nipple down the front and under,is this the lollipop scar lol ?
I was 36a but lost a lot of weight and so they were swinging in the wind around my waist,i had been 40d before weight loss,im now going to be about a 36c/d not sure till swelling goes down but they are so perky I don't care it wasn't about size just wanted them back up north,i took pain relief from the clinic which they gave me a supply of now im just on ibuprofen and nurofen etc much more bearable now but this bloody strap I have to wear is driving me mad x

Re: Both Breast implant and uplift at same time
I am in the same situation, I am having the same procedure and I train a lot with weights/body weight etc. I am worried about when I can go back and also how long it will be to try and do more hardcore stuff, I will be itching to do it but really don't want to train hard too soon and wreck all of the good work.
I am having uplift with lollipop scar and overs with pure 'furry brazilian' implants..
Jayne, do youhave any advice on how to prep for it - did you use any special oils or take arnica, and what about looking after your scars? x
