changed my next consultation
After some serious thought I've decided to change my next consultation with my consultant....im thru nhs.
older members will know my battle with my weight and since my last appointment 7 months ago ive gained 1 stone and needed to lose it.
Was due back in 2 weeks but gonna call and ask for appointment in october/November

Ye I'll get there. Its like angel on 1 shoulder devil on the other. 1 says eat junk then the other is sayin salad eat me lol.

Have you tried the 5:2 method? Eat normally five days and only 500 calories on two.
As long as you don't compensate for the two 500 cal days by eating more in the other five days, it is quite effective.
You can even eat junk, if you want.

Ive dun slimming world and on herbalife atm. Nah the 5:2 doesnt work for me. Not with my job
