sister publicly tore me apart about ba!

Camping with my family yesterday n kids playing and my sister's dog was on one of those extendable leads n it ran past my toddler n garoted her. Rather that Show concern or apologise, she laid into me about not looking after my children(daughter was right by me, she's on about me working 30 hours a week and using childcare to support my family as I'm a single mum so I work hard for my family). They when I defended myself and said I work hard to set a good example and support my children, she raised her voice and in ffront of my boyfriend's mum, friends family and neighbouring campers she said your a joke, your making a fool of yourself, look at you, you don't wotk for your kids you work for your fake boobs and sports car (bought a 2007 bottom range Honda civic when my clutch went on my banger n I needed a car quick yo get to work). She repeated it three times and caused a scene and make me deeply angry and embarrassed. I said you ate well out of order, I work hard what I choose to spend my money on is my business, I didn't develop d cups like like did, and if she wanted my pennies worth if she stopped relying on her husband to work double shifts yo keep her a lady in leisure and worked herself then maybe she wouldn't have so much time to get bored and stir trouble. Honestly I was publicly humiliated, feel violated and felt like I was judged publicly for my decision to spend some of my hard earned savings on myself.

Don't feel bad for spending your money on you Lou. I'm sure your kids haven't gone without to get your boobs have they.

Whatever anyone has to say, just remember 'its only an opinion' I had to do this with my family and bite my tongue on many occasion. Whatever they say or do its never going to change the fact that your boobs are yours now and you're happy.

Sound like from that kind of eruption this has been brewing in your sister for a while...maybe a little jealousy because she's always been the sister with the boobs and the nice things from hubby, but now you have what she has and you've done it all on your own...well, that might leave a bitter taste in her mouth.

I'd personally feel sorry for the girl Lou and it doesn't sound to me like it was you who was humiliated, it sounds to me like your sister made a total show of herself   

Thanks my dad is not happy with her. I will forever name my little red Honda as the 'Ferrari' lol. Just couldn't believe someone would feel it's ok to say that in public!  X

Outrageous! Jealousy!

Sounds like she might be a little jealous, overly judgemental people are usually unhappy themselves.
What's it to anyone else what you spend your money on? As you say you are working, it's not her money.
Good on you for doing so well for yourself despite difficult circumstances. I'm sure you're a wonderful mum.

Hi Lou, I had a similar thing with my "best friend" and guess what- it turned out to be blatant jealousy as she ended up looking in to BA's herself.  I know it's really hard when it's family but sometimes it's best to distance yourself from toxic people.  What horrible things to say to your sister. 

I'm really sorry- you must be very hurt.  I hope she realises how horrible she was and that you two can make up.  Sending cyber hugs your way x
