Its fine Oldham, don't worry.

If it is heartburn try drinking some peppermint tea. The mint is great for helping get rid of heartburn.

If you're experiencing a heavy feeling on your chest and it feels so tight and hot and has a kinda 'sunburn' sensation, this too is all normal.

Placing an icepacks over your boobs is a great help (never put ice near your incisions though). If you don't have any ice packs, a bag of frozen peas/corn/rice or anything at all in the freezer like that is fine. You really will get such a relief from the ice and it will help you lots through your recovery Oldham. X

Heartburn could be a side affect of the GA, the painkillers or antiBs. Try a swig of gaviscon, should calm it. The peppermint tea is also good, and can help with bloating too If you can stomach it.
