The Hospital Group Consultation I'm all bookedilit
Hi Ladies,
I'm all booked for my boob job with the hospital group in 3 weeks time as i get £400 pound off for late space availability. The surgeon examined me and looked at my boobs and had a feel to see what they where like and he said there is sufficient skin and tissue to have overs. He recommended either 410cc or 460cc but i wished to go to 500cc but he said he wouldn't like to go bigger for complications and bottoming out. But i said thats what i wanted so he said he will try but if not it will be 460cc Oh i'm all so excited, i chose 500cc round, my sister is going to help me with recovery eg washing me and my hair whilst my arms painful. i am now smoking an e cigarette instead of normal cigarettes to avoid complications and after i've recovered i'll probably start again LOL!.
I have found THG more professional in there consultations than MYA and transform. they have been very helpful and informative and just want to help you achieve your results without pushing you.
My boob job is booked on Friday the 20th june I forgot to ask what sports bra to buy i'm a 34b at the moment so i was going to buy an e and an f cup and just see which one is better. I've paid it all up and got my loan sorted today, the op is going to cost £4200 pound which my husband isn't to pleased i'm spending all this money but i said to him it's my money there my boobs and I can do what I want with them, well he said no more. i'm sure he'll prefer my new boobs to my little b cups! My parents are not happy one but my mum is starting to slowly understand as me and my sister both showed her our boobs she's a dd and my mum is starting to see why I want this done but she's not supportive over it.
Although my boobs are £4200 i got a loan for £5000 so I have some money to buy bras and bikinis and don't have to worry about the money for them. I have to pay £95.20 for 60 months 5 years which i'm really pleased with its only 5.5% a lot cheaper than medical oans that they offer. I bought my boobs on my credit card and then paid it off straight away with my loan money so that way i'm protected.
I'll keep you lovely ladies posted and I may write a Boob Job diary as it may help people into making a decision my suregon will be Marcos Sfurza

I've heard lots of good things about that surgeon :) congrats on booking. I would take it back what you said about wanting 500cc though, as if he does manage to squeeze them in on your request and they bottom out/you develop complications then your aftercare won't cover it. 460cc is a big implant x

Wow,100 miles an hr jess!! Congrats on booking, he's got a good rep by all accounts. I went with THG and so far cant fault them. Don't forget to add your date to the calendar so we can wish you luck!
I have to agree with Princess on the sizing though, he's recommended his largest/safest option, and it could be that larger will cause complications. I think you have to really consider his advice for your own health. Plus there's always the chance you could go bigger next time round.

Yes I rang up and confirmed I now want 460cc to be safe and as you say there's always a next time around to go bigger I can't wait, I have a few cartridge piercings that have never been taken out so I'm going to go to a piercer to get them removed I've has them for about 5 years so they won't close over and will get them put back in after. I will take my belly bar out myself.
What sports bra should I buy an f cup?

I couldn't possibly say! Firstly, I'd recommend double checking your band size. Get a fabric tape measure around where your bra sits and whatever that measures, that's your size. Also, check what support your surgeon wants you in. Some say high impact, some want them free and loose!
If high impact, there's a couple of options. A lot of the girls here like the Macom as its sizeless, i.e. you only need your band. It then will accommodate up to a HH. Downside is its front fastening, so you might need two sizes to accommodate the swelling in the first couple weeks. There's also the M&S zip front for a front fastener.
Back fastening, you'll be able to buy your normal band plus some extenders for the swelling. Faves are Triumph Triaction Extreme, Shock Absorber Run and M&S high impact. Maybe try on some rice boobs and measure yourself to guess the size? Either way, its not worth scrimping on a post op bra. You're paying a lot of money for them, you don't want to ruin your healing with a rubbish asda bra!

Going for 460cc round overs and will buy a macom and an m&s bra they have been measured a 32 not a 34 as I thought I was so I told the lady in m&s about my boob job and she said just get a 32 and a 34 and if ones no good return it so that sounds ok. I've just remembered when I was about 20 I had my nipples pierced for about 8 years but I took them out as they got knocked about in bed and in my bra but the holes are still there and i just put my bar in so there still open will this be a problem as they've been for this long I hope not and can't wait to get my implants IM SO EXCITED!!!

I've read nipple piercings may cause infection now I'm worried as I don't want my implants to be affected by this I've had them for about 8 years so they're not gonna close up anytime soon whatndonyoubthink

I've got my tongue and belly button pierced, I'd be interested to know if I'll be made to take them out too as like your nipples I'm worried I won't be able to get my tongue bar back in if I take it out!

Jess, as your nipples were pierced so long ago you won't need to worry about infection now. This applies to people who have their nipples pierced, then want surgery not long after. Purple, you will have to take out your tongue and belly bar for surgery.

Re: The Hospital Group Consultation I'm all bookedilit
Hi everyone my mum came around this evening and is starting to understand why I'm getting my boobs done. I lifted my bra and showed her what there like and said that there so empty and I don't feel confident she didn't like my nips pierced though ha ha! She said she wants to be there for me when i recover and although my mum doesn't agree with the amount of money I'm spending she said its good that I'm doing something about it! My sister is going to stay over and wash me help me get dressed and I'll have my husband daughter and mum to help me aswell so I'm all sorted my mum doesn't know how much it's costing but my mum and dad are giving me £2000 towards it so I'm still using the loan and can put this money aside for when i get my boobs redone I'm so excited!!!
