Hey congratulations! You sound so excited :) I'm incredibly excited and incredibly nervous right now, but then with my BA tomorrow I suppose it's all par for the course lol
That's really quick from consultation to BA! I always thought there needed to be a 14 day cooling off period, but that might just be for the clinics I've had consults with I suppose.
Did your surgeon have any specific recommendations regarding your sports bras? Mine said it had to be light support and suggested I go for Matalan or Primark! but I know it can vary quite considerably depending on the surgeon and the individual.
It's all soo exciting!!! Enjoy every minute xxx

What type of sports bra did he recommend, high or low impact/support? If you want high impact, then the M&S ones are a fave on here, along with their front zip up one. There's also the shock absorbers and the Triumph Tri-actions. These are all back fastening. Its normally advised you get at least a band size up from normal to accommodate the swelling, or you can get some bra extenders. There's also the Macom, another favourite because you only have to buy by band size, and they will accommodate A-HH. This is front fastening.
If they've recommended low impact or light support, some girls go for the Belvia, or just normal highstreet brands (supermarkets etc). Don't go for a supermarket brand if you've specifically been told high impact. They're cheap for a reason, and wont do the job. You're paying all this money for the op, you don't want to then ruin it by scrimping on the right post op bra.
