Size worries!? Empty Size worries!?

Post by babycakes7891 20th May 2014, 7:40 pm

Now freaking out about size.... have my pre op on 30th and booked in for 21st June transform brentford. Dr Meleagros. Originally thought 360cc would be enough but now thinking 410cc or 450cc... but am I just getting boob greed?! Last thing I want is to still be wearing a push up bra after!

Im 32A 5'8" and 9st ish.... anyone with similar stats? Ive breast fed 2 children so nice empty space to fill. Also no one has discussed profiles with me. Whats the difference? Im definitely getting tad obsessed!!

Hiya Hun,
I had Meleagros 6 weeks ago & I had 525cc & I'm 100% glad I went with this size as I was contemplating going a bit smaller with the 460cc but glad I didn't as I know I would have been disappointed, I still think I wish I was a bit bigger but not sure til thurs/Frid what size I've achieved.
I'm 5ft 3 size 8 & pre op was a 32a
Not regrets as that man is amazing xx

hi hun,

if you're at all unsure about size, the best thing would be to book in for another sizing appointment.
it's also helpful to make your own rice boobs to wear around the house, see what you feel most comfortable with x

Bigger is NOT always better. A good surgeon will only fit what they safely can. If they've said you can go up to those sizes, i'd definitely go for another sizing appointment or make some rice boobs. Its also important to discuss profiles. A 300cc implant will always be the same volume, but a med profile will be wider and flatter than a high profile, which will be narrower and taller. It will give you a very different look. Best to have a good chat about it if youre unsure.

Ok I booked another sizing appointment before pre op because originally I was scared of going too big... now ive made rice boobs ( love the look lol) think 450cc is tad too big but at least that gives me a max... ill see what Dr M says week Friday. ...please can I see you pics cheeky mich...would be good to know what to expect... but its all guess work!!

I definitely think high profile as I love boobs under baggy clothes , like silhouette...rather then cleave... if that makes sense.

Im very happy with reviews of dr m tho. Helps with the nervous!

I agree Bigger is not always better!
At least you CAN wear a push up if you like with smaller rather than having them always in your face! (and everyone elses! lol)

I am a 32 E now but look smaller, I do kinda wish I had gone to 400 or even 425 but having said that I would HATE people to look at me and JUST see my boobs first if you know what I mean.

Also any bigger and they may of looked "fake" I wanted as natural as poss.

So it's really about the result YOU want hun.

If they are massive will you feel you need to hide them away??

I agonised over size so much, know exactly how you feel!

Yes I think I would hide them if they were too! big lol not told anyone im doing it apart from partner... I was thinking 400cc would be a nice middle ground. It makes me anxious butI suppose if I talk to doc ill see what he advises as I stopped him before he offered me more sizes so dont even know how big I can physically go lol. I think what really did it was my PO saying 360cc were really small an I should go bigger :S ... just got to wait and see... just hating not knowing! Thanks everyone for ur comments it really helps witha bit of insight... x

Hi I didn't have a big implant I had 280cc unders went from a 32a to 30dd/ 28e measured with boux avenue. Although I think they look more like a large c cup which is what I wanted. That's plenty for me.
Depends what you want. Good luck with your next appointment x

My ps suggested 300 was the largest I could go and still look natural. He recommended 240 or 270 and I've left the decision to him on the day.

360 is not really small!! Theres no small/average/large implant size, its all dependant on the girl. But I don't think 360cc could be classed as small! Put it this way - I was 32flat, though never breastfed, so zero tissue. I had 340 and am now 32E. Personally, I don't think that's small!

Definitely try the rice boobs so you can get a feel for the difference between a 360/400 +.

Post by Dayzeee 21st May 2014, 12:50 pm

Hi there, I was a c/d to start with and had only a 295cc implant and my boobs are now a G cup. But I went for the conical shape implant which is not very common, most go for round shape or anatomical, the conical implants are cone shaped (like madonnas 80s bra)and although I had low profile they project loads, I tried on 340 round and a 295 conical side by side and the conical was much bigger, everyone is different and with each shape and profile you will get a very different look. Good luck choosing! X

Baby cakes, I know everyone is different but just thought I'd say: I was only just about an A cup before BA, I had 340 HP and was measured 2 weeks ago (8 weeks PO) as an F!!! I love my new boobs though and am glad I went with that implant size, I only wanted a C cup ;-) xx

Picturetrail is a site where lots of ladies on here keep a record (in photos) of their journey to new boobs. You need to open an account and then you can start to use it, some ladies won't share photos with newbies though. Not sure about rice boobs as I didn't try them! X
