I've looked everywhere and can't find my 'Dos and Donts' for the 2 days before the operation. I know you can't smoke or eat garlic but can't remember what else it was. I know a few weeks ago someone put it on here but can't find it.

How about 
don't apply fake tan, drink alcohol, eat 6 hours prior, drink water within 2 hours prior, don't apply deodorant after your last shower before surgery. Can't think of anything else but hope this helps xx

Great, thanks. I don't wear fake tan or drink in the week so the first 2 are covered. I forgot about the deodorant one though, x
