Boobs ache when running
hey girls,
on my last couple of runs i've noticed my boobs start to ache after a while, during the run. not at first but after about half an hour or so. i've not had this before, and i do wear a triumph triaction extreme that was fitted to me at the triumph store, so it can't be that they're not well supported.
what else could it be? the ache goes away when i stop running. i don't want to 'break' anything..
i'm 10 months post op and i've not fluffed. could things be changing now?

Could your breast size have changed so the bra isn't as supportive as it was. Maybe go back and get measured again x

It could be that they're on the move again, so perhaps the bra doesn't fit anymore. Maybe worth going back for a re measure. My lefty gets really sore after running...or anything for that matter! can't believe they're almost a year old!

yeah maybe i should go back for a remeasure, though it does seem like all my bras fit. and i've tried the next size up in wires which is definitely too big, so not sure..
i'll see what happens i guess! i have a load of new bras but if they were to fluff to a size up i still wouldn't complain ;)
