My neck and shoulders ached in the lead up to my BA so I had a massage as I was sure it was tension over my BA. Since my BA they have been fine again lol

The only aching I had was my stomach muscles and my rib cage, oh and my back!

Nothing that didn't settle through the course of my recovery though. xx

Just achy tummy muscles from straining to sit up because you have to compensate for your chest muscles! And of course your chest is sore :P xxx

My back between my shoulder blades hurt sooo bad after BA. I'm not sure if it was the weight of the breasts (which are about 1 pound total lol) or the fact that I never slept sitting up straight or on my back, I'm a side sleeper, but it hurt so bad, worst then my breasts hurt. So my lucky fiance gave me back rubs 3 days a day and I iced my back 24/7 (helped a lot), when I was out and about he rubbed icy hot in the middle of my back and it felt amazing. I hope this helps anyone who has back pain!
