So it is normal .... apparently
Hi girls
so my last post was my worry that my lefty was much higher than my righty which seems to have dropped and settled well. Just had my 8 week check at the clinic and saw the registrar (not my PS which is not ideal - NHS op) and after taking a look she said they were looking great, incision points were looking good too. I said to her about the diff in left to right and that they almost looked like diff implants the way they are sitting right now. Dhe assured me that implants were exactly same in each breast (320 anatomical unders). she said there is only a slight diff right now but at this early stage (8 wks pist op) things are still settling down snd not to worry. The left upper pole shd settle down more like the right in time and nit to worry. However she said she wd like to see me in 3 months time. so there we have it. She also said i can go back to wearing undetwire bras if i want. But one thing i firgot to ask - when can i exercise again like body pump etc - ant advice anyone? So for now im going ti try chill out and not constantly scrutenise the boobies and just try to let them settle. Also question will cohesive gel implant unders - do these still drop n fluff?
Apologies for typos in a dodgy mobil lol

Exercise is normally around 6 weeks, but more strenuous exercise - 8-12 weeks. Yes, those implants still drop and fluff and you've still early in your recovery so plenty of time for your boobs to even out. x

Hey,
I started back at the gym after 6 weeks, did body combat then eased my self into body pump (I had overs so it wasn't too bad for me) I just use lighter weights until I can build the weight back up but even now nearly 6 months on if I do too much I'm drained for the rest of the day/evening.

Hopefully they'll settle Hun , as it can take months to see a final result always remember though your boobs are sisters not twins! No woman as perfect symmetrical breast! X
Excersise just see how you go 6 weeks to start gentle, combat maybe 12 week mark, lots of throwing those punches your boobs may not be ready for just yet! X
