The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
After my gruelling 3 hour wait to see mr hassan I finally got to see him and so glad I stayed but......he is now the 4th consult and I'm still undecided as to what to do. Basically I'm borderline for a lift, iv now concluded that all the surgeons feel I could benefit from the lift but would suggest I two stages purely for the fact that I may be happy with just the implant.
Mr hassan echoed what the other surgeons said, to get the projection and get my nipple up and a slight lift I will need to go for a slightly bigger implant. It seems none of the surgeons want to commit to this entirely tho as if I'm then unhappy with result they want it to hv been my decision. Is this making sense....or am I on the right path here?!
I'm entirely happy with mr hassan and the job he will do but it's now back to the choice of whether to hv the uplift and implant together! Do u think I should question the point that if I just hv the implant alone and then hv snoopy dog deformity, or bottoming out I will get it rectified for free or because I'm borderline I'm taking away my right for this?
Thanks girls.....I need help on this x all the time iv been here trying to decide iv been told that if u need a lift get one for a number of reasons so I get all set to go through with it then the surgeon seems to be less convincing .
Xxxx:) :( xxxx

Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
It has to be your decision babe!
Question yourself if you would be ok with the scars. Also question yourself if you would be ok with a bit of saggy boobs a year after surgery.
From what I understand you won't be able to have both perky boobs and no scars.
Many woman's has to make this decision and it's a tough decision to make. I think you should give it some time, make research and be sure when you go ahead with surgery.
If you do the implants only and end up with saggy boobs in 1 year you would probably want surgery again?
My own personal decision would be to make an uplift. I really don't like saggy boobs so for me, scarring is better than saggy boobs. But that's just my personal opinion.
I hope you find what's best for you!

Hi Hun, I would say go for the uplift. Paying all that money you want them to be perfect, and having an uplift with mr h will ensure that they do look perfect! Lol! And his needlework is excellent, I'm only 10 weeks and my scars look great already. I'll update my pictorial today so you can see how goes the scaring. But for me I wanted them to be perfect, and not have to worry about sagging so early on post op (maybe in 5/10 years, but not too early on) xx

The whole point if paying all this money is to have perfectish boobs. So I would get the uplift done.
Let us know what u decide x

yeah its like the girls say if you can have it then go for the lift as they say if you want the "perfect" boobs, which I dont think all of us will get no matter what is done etc, but thats prob cause im having so much problems, I just feel ike al never get them
Scarring will almost always fade to something that is hard to see, some people ar unlucky and have bad scarring its just the risks in the BA world
I actually want that natural sag and thats one of the things that I hate about my boobs they sit to pert and high xx

I think it is a really personal decision. If I were making that decision, I would have the uplift at the same time, as the other ladies have said you're paying all this money and want to have 'perfect boobs'. Let us know what you decide x

I can only agree with the others.
Take some time to have a good think about this.
I'm having an uplift in 2.5 weeks and yes I'm not looking forward to the scars but am sooooo looking forward to great boobs!!!! As bgorringe said her scars are fading already / her photos are a great example of a fab uplift

Yes you are all right, think it's harder when u hv to keep facing decisions, did all u girls having uplift get offered the choice of implant to see if u were happy then uplift as second stage. Me hassan kept reiterating that the two ops in one would compromise the outcome...seeing bgorringe perfect results I'm thinking it's not a compromise! X

Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
I was recommend two stages by one surgeon but uplift first then implant six months later.
I wasn't happy to do this so saw another surgeon who had no problem doing it as one procedure.
Apparently the other surgeon always liked to do his uplifts in this way?
Am I thinking though that your surgeon would do the implant first then see if you need an uplift?

Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
Yeah getting excited but very nervous.
My experience was 1st surgeon - just said one op, 2nd surgeon said two ops, 3rd never mentioned two ops & happy with one.
So I'm now booked in with number 3!!!! Lol
It's hard work making these decisions - you think it's going to be easy then something or someone makes it hard.
Once you've made a decision then you can plan and look forward to it.
One thing I did do , was after the second said two ops I emailed the first surgeon for his opinion. Sometimes I think it is down to surgeon preference.
Hope this helps a little - maybe take time to think it all through then have another visit to the surgeon again
Xx

Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
Yeah mr he told me a million times that he would recommend implant first then uplift 3 months later. Less chance of complications and may be 'content' without the lift. But said he was happy to do both at the same time if that's what I wanted. And I'm so glad I did! And I'm guessing that if you borderline line now, then after ba and a year or two of gravity, im pretty sure you'll be past 'borderline' and have to go under the knife again if you want them to look peer again. Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
Thank a bgorringe I will hv to spk to him again I think, still lots of questions. He advised sub facial placement and I am considering tiva, not sure if it's going to be all too much with uplift as well under tiva x:)

Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
Yeah I have that, sub facial is a good placement, you get the natural look of overs but with the additional support of unders (but obviously not as much as unders). I had Tiva too, can honestly say I don't remember a thing from 2 seconds after I lay on the table til when I was woken up. I've never had a ga before but apparently there is less chance of nausea when you wake up, and they are able to wake you up much sooner after the op with tiva (which is what pursuaded me to have it as I wanted a day case) good luck with your decisions Hun xxx

Re: The lovely mr hassan but still confused!
Hi if u want to view my photos u can, I was borderline but the look I wanted was natural and with 34e breasts aged 34 I would expect some sagging. So I went with subfascial overs no lift. They look exactly as they did when I was breastfeeding and busty. X
