Ok soo no:1 merry christmas lovelys.
No;2 my other half is full of a vile cold, what happens if I catch it and don't get rid in 2 weeks ?
No:3 NYE only 2 weeks pre BA, do you suggest I don't drink? Xxx

You should be ok if you get a cold, but if you get a chest infection etc you will need antibiotics which may mean you need to postpone. I wouldn't worry though, you'll be fine.
If you have been told no drinking then I would say not to.

i had a cold when i had mine done and id say not to drink if u were told not too xx

You're fine to have surgery Char as long as your airways aren't restricted anywhere and you have no infection lovely... If you have a general cold you'll be just fine.
When you had your pre-op hun you should have been given some pre-op information, in that information it should tell you when not to have alcohol for a specified period before surgery, for example for me it was 48 hours prior. Whatever YOUR information says babe then follow that information hun. Xxx
