Silimed/ furry Brazilians
Yesterday speaking to my surgeon he said that the implants I am having are textured but not PU coated as they are not yet FDA approved. Called PC today to ask what the coating is bit assuming they are the same as furry brazilians? Can any one clarify what they are? This is what they are described as on the silimed website; assuming as silimed are produced in Brazil? Any info on this will be great. Will speak to the clinic on Monday as we'll xxx

I'm sorry, babe, I'm not very knowledgeable on these type of implants at all.. I'd definitely make sure you know though as you want to be completely in the know about what you're having! If you can't find out on here beforehand then definitely ring your surgeon again to clarify :)
I hope you're okay! I bet you're getting excited now :) xxxxx

Re: Silimed/ furry Brazilians
Furry brazillians is another term for the polyurethane coated implants as they have a soft furry like feel and are made in Brazil. There's a clip on you tube of a surgeon in Australia explaining the different shapes and coatings on different implants.
I think I am going to have these in a conical shape, will find out on Monday. X

Re: Silimed/ furry Brazilians
Thanks Sahara. I think I have been confused between textured and PU coated. He said that he isn't using PU so must be textured x

Re: Silimed/ furry Brazilians
Oh no really? I've just been searching the internet. Apparently the don't drop and full because of the coating on them and the 'body' grows around them or something? I'm very UPSET about this ha ha! I thought I had the best surgeon in the world then! Xx

Re: Silimed/ furry Brazilians
hers have def dropped from when she had them first put in and they loko so diff from they were first put in too
they sometimes take longer to soften up
she has Mrs Kat in Birmingham and she is well known for using furries
5stonedown had the furries too, they def stick to where they are placed however the contents of the impants still move xx

Re: Silimed/ furry Brazilians
Oh no, keep reading so many things on the internet that say they can't drop because they can't move once they are placed in the breast! I've read they do fluff though! If I had all the money in the world I would definitely be getting some implants personally for me made that didn't drop ha... Xx

Re: Silimed/ furry Brazilians
I have polyurethane implants, mine def havnt dropped/fluffed and mr h has told me that they won't (not sure if he ment mine personally or all polyurethane implants). Personally I'm hoping they don't cos they look good as they are (although wouldn't mind a bit of fluffing! ;-) ) but yeah they do take a long time soften up, mine are still rock hard, apparently can take up to a year, hoping I won't have to wait that long! Xxx
