Old capsule used as extra cover for 600 trx overs? Empty Old capsule used as extra cover for 600 trx overs?

Im having surgery book for 25 April yay!! I'm having TRX overs 600cc! PS says this size implant will damage muscle long term so is going to use old capsule tissue for extra implant cover!  Anyone else had this and did it work?

I have old 260cc overs at present with bad rippling as little tissue, so wanted unders!! Worried so I will discuss more at my sizing with the nurse

So you're having 600cc overs with already bad rippling from 260cc?

That seems like a massive jump from a modest size implant to a very large one when you already have bad rippling and having overs?? I've not heard using old capsule for extra cover.

This doesn't make any sense Marie  shrug 

When having any kind of revision surgeon the old capsule is almost ALWAYS left and used, so you will only ever have one capsule.

When opting for a larger implant there's no need at all to remove the capsule. The capsule will simply be widened to accommodate the newer, larger implant and the capsule will heal over the space that was opened.

The only time a capsule is ever removed and this is ALWAYS a last resort due to the higher risk of infection is if a woman has CC that is bad enough to require a capsulectomy (removal of capsule) or if the have a rupture that has possible bled beyond the capsule and its better to clean the entire breast out before replacement.

So in using your 'old capsule' is your surgeon suggesting you'll grow another surrounding that one so you'll have a 'double layer of capsule' so to say? Xx

wow thats a huge size jump isnt it, is the surgeon sure that you wont get more rippling going bigger than what you are already and you hav rippling now xx
