Sultan Hassan Uplift with Implants

Hi everyone!

I was wondering if anyone had been with Mr Sultan Hassan for an uplift with implants?

I have 2 fantastic children (11years old and 6 months) and I have always wanted an uplift with implants but always knew I would extend the family. Anyway, my family is complete now. Had a consultation with Mr Hassan, lovely man but I am SOOOOO scared to book!

He has availability on the 1st April and this would be perfect for me (school hols /mat leave etc) but I am 21lb over the weight I want to be, I could loose 7lb by then (which would leave me with 14lb to loose), Mr Hassan thinks 14lb is fine to lose after the operation but obviously not ideal.

Has anyone lost weight after their work being done and has it affected the results?
Has anyone had Mr Hassan?

I think I am scared of the scars but I know it will out weigh how I feel now!

Any advice/help MORE than appreciated!!

hi hun, and welcome to the forum, it's a brilliant world of boobie knowledge :)

i 'only' had a straightforward breast augmentation with mr hassan, but found him to be absolutely amazing, i would recommend him without hesitation!

he is known for very neat scars, but obviously the healing is always individual to your body, and also the scarring will depend on the kind of uplift you are having.

there will always be scars with this procedure, that is something you have to be happy with before you choose to have it done, but of course they do fade over time.

i haven't had the weight issue you are talking about, i just know from reading here that it isn't recommended to lose too much weight after a BA and that it would be better to be at your ideal weight beforehand, so as not to compromise your results.

Thank you for responding to my post :) much appreciated.

Mr Hassan seemed fantastic but he is a very realistic man and honest, although this completely put me at ease, it worries me too! arghh!

I wouldnt normally rush something like this, I have waited long enough but I am on maternity leave and go back in June so kind of wanted it out of the way!

I am pretty sure I am going to book it on Monday but when I actually pay for it, its so real! talked about it for so long that its never seemed in reach and now it is I am scared to do it........

I am glad you had a positive experience with Mr Hassan, he does seem fantastic and there is no one else I would want to do it!xxx

Hi Sam,
We have quite a few ladies here who have used Mr Hassan, hopefully they'll be along soon to advise you.
I have seen a few picture trails of his work and they have all looked fab with really neat scars!

In the meantime if you type his name into the search bar at the top right of the forum you should find quite a few threads to read. XXX

There have been a lot of ladies that have had him and thrilled with their Bas.

I think it's apprehension of booking but Aftervthe excitement can begin. I can honestly say it's the best thing I've ever done (besides my wonderful children!)
I would do it all over again in a heart beat.

As for pictures, as you're a newbie just look at the ladies picture status as who's willing to share with who.

Hi Sam, I had my uplift with implants with mr Hassan in jan and couldn't recommend him enough! My scars look amazing already, and I love the job he's given me! Only thing I would say is make sure you lose the weight before you have the op, esspecially as your having an uplift! I had 14lbs to lose to get to my goal weight before my op. A few lbs either way is of course fine, But def wouldn't recommend being a stone heavier than you wana be post ba xxx

Bgorringe - thank you for posting to me! How long did it take you to lose 14lb? I don't feel the weight ever goes to or from my boobs as I have been pregnant twice and breast fed and never changed cups! Hehe, but I feel you are totally correct and I should be at goal weight :( arghhh decisions!!!

Would you mind sharing your pics with me?

Actually only took me about two weeks, went on (and am still on) the Atkins diet, so was really quick lose, but if your gona do it that quick you have to make sure you stick to the diet post ba so the weight stays off! :-) but also had to wait 8 weeks to give up smoking pre ba too. but from all the surgeons I saw (and I saw tonnes over 4 years), they all said it's important to be at your goal weight pre ba. And even more so when having an uplift, for tonnes of reasons, but most importantly you may not end up with the look you wanted and may end up needing another uplift fairly soon after. I wouldn't risk it Hun xxx

I think you are totally right about the weight, arghhh the motivation will now be there but no time to do it before going back from maternity leave, maybe I'll just have to book for later in the year :( xx

I haven't had my op with Mr Hassan yet but I have nothing but praise for what he has done for me so far. He is such a lovely guy.
I know you are really keen to get this done but you want to make sure you get the optimum result. So I think if it would be better to lose the weight first.
Discuss it with him again if it helps. I found him very straight and honest. I toyed with the idea of a bigger implant and he advised me against this as he say my breast fold is quite small meaning it could end up looking strange! He will openly tell you what he thinks is the best.
if waiting would get the best results I definitely would. (I know that's boring but I'm a realist lol)

Hi ladies, me again! Spoke to Mr Hassan yesterday, he said as I have no volume at all in my breasts, a stone oss after the operation would make no difference as there is no fatty tissue to loose from my breasts. Therefore I am booked for first April, arghhhhhhhhh xx

I take it youre doing it through his new company and not the hospital group?
