Re: been shopping today
Hi, babe! I'm not sure about Arnica tablets as I never took them. I think your nurse will be able to tell you when you should start taking them?
Very happy for you getting all excited and organised!! Gosh it's only 13 days away now!! Bet you're buzzing haha xxx

Re: been shopping today
you should start them a few days before your op - I never though :P im still taking mine now and they helped me loads - my bruises came up yellow and left almost the next day - didn't even have a chance to turn throught he stages of colours haha! arnica cream I put on from day one and still use... I still em on my incisions and I used it in between my boobs as I got a little bruising in the middle of them. I also used witch hazel all over the rest of it as it was great and soothing and helped with swelling big time :) witch hazel is only about 2-4 pounds in the shops :D xx

Re: been shopping today
Arnica is usually a week before and after, also remember no vitamin or fish oil supplements 2 weeks before and 2 weeks after.
As for which hazel you shouldn't be putting anything on your insions so early post op.
On the upper part of your boobs and in bewtween maybe but no where near your incisions x

Can't comment on the arnica Hun, I only have the gel not the tablets but wanted to say a huge good luck and that the button up tops really help! I've been wearing mine in the evenings and to bed last night and they are soo much easier to put on. Beg you're getting excited now xx
