Hey hon,
Yes if it's too tight you can go up a back size or use a bra extender. If it's just rubbing on the incisions, you can cut a sanitary towel and stick in there (glue side on bra)...a little nifty tip i learnt on here :0) xx

Yup, just echoing MissCET. Go up a back or get some extenders while the swelling is at its worst. Sanitary towels, panty liners or cotton wool pads to protect from excess rubbing. On the nips too if theyre super sensitive.

Yes, honey, definitely go up a bandsize if it's too tight!! I'm a 32 bandsize but after my op I went up to a 38 haha!! I felt so weird wearing a bra that was a 38C! It's so normal to have swelling and you will also have a lot of fluid retention. Have you got the bloated belly as well? The bloated belly is so delightful haha :/
Take care!! I hope you're enjoying have a restful time and I hope your boobies are everything you wanted them to be! :)

I got the Buddha belly yesterday after over doing it and beinh in the car!!
I just cooked a dinner which was hard - back in bed already I don't enjoy being laid up and defiantly over do it easily! Gonna use tomorrow monday and Tuesday as true bed ridden days before I go back to work on Wednesday.
Because I read so much on here I know everything I'm going through is normal so I'm not worried half
As much and I'm not in a huge amount of pain!
Doing things are just awkward and feel uncomfortable 100% of the time! Xx
