Asda post op bras are not high impact enough for supporting new implants and seeing you through recovery.

M and s, shock absorber , Macom or triumph extreme are all high impact and supportive to see you through recovery , bearing in mind you'll be in it for 6-12 weeks 24/7 it's worth paying a little bit more for the use and support you'll get out of it. Plus if you look on eBay you can pick up new ones for a fraction of the RRP x

i highly recommend the macom as there is no messing around and guessing sizes and then getting it wrong and having to return sports bras...

after 2 weeks in my macom i went to carefully try on some other sports bras but 8 months on i still use my macom at night x

Im with MrsB, steer clear of the cheap ones. It seems tempting as you're forking out so much, but believe me its worth it.

I really wish I'd had the Macom from the off, and def will do for my next op. Like Blue, I wear one to bed every night, so comfy and supportive.

Yeah I agree with all of the above! You're paying so much for the surgery of your boobs so you might as well fork out a few extra pounds to support and protect your new additions! I was thinking the same as you, babe, but then I realised that post-op I really needed to do the best I could to keep my boobs protected and in tip-top condition!

Good luck xxxxx
