No they come in all 3 shapes, round, anatomical and conical. I'm having the conical as I am on the brink of needing an uplift but with a conical implant you get a natural lift because of the shape of the implant (cone shaped, triangular) therefore can avoid uplift if you nearly need one...there's always that option to have the uplift later if needed anyway. What are you having tilliex? X

Never heard of anyone having conicals! Will you be making a picture trail because if so I'd love to see what they look like! I'm getting anatomical unders which will either be 485 or 520cc - whichever my surgeon feels looks best :) xxx

Yeah I will definitely make a picture trail.

Wow Hun your boobies are gonna be big :)

I'm a 32/34d at the moment and am having about a 300cc implant which should make me a fairly big size too. Yay! X

Bigger is always better ;) well for me anyway - I'm a 32-nothing at the minute so I'm taking all the boob my surgeon wants to give me :P xxx

I trained last night for nearly 2 hours. I'm abit gutted as I'm going to miss my next grading but guess my new boobs will be worth it!!!

Pre op booked on 2nd April & have arranged for my friend to take me to hospital on the day which I'm really pleased about as was gonna catch the train.

I haven't ordered a Macom yet - what colour did u order?
Could you let me know what it's like when u get it?
I've got a shock absorber ready but I know that's not gonna b enough .

I've got sizing on Monday so looking forward to looking at different sizes and choosing!!!

I'm getting all excited!! Lol

Babe, get another bra for after you've had the op..... So when you've got one on, the other one can be in the wash and just alternate it like that. I would be getting a macom to... I have all the colours, the colour I like the most though is Black. Get a band size bigger too so it can accommodate your swelling! These also fasten from the front so it'll be a lot more easy for you to put on.... I think you may struggle with the shock absorber because you've got to put it over your head with your arms up haven't you? Xx

Hi ya,

I got a champagne coloured Macom which was attempted to be delivered today but I was out, how annoying...so have to go to po to pick up tomorrow!

I want a black one too but on the website there out of stock, but I emailed them and they say they should have stock within 10 days so I'm gonna keep trying the website as I really want a black one.

What's the shock absorber like boney?

Got my admissions info through today woohoo! X

Got my admissions letter too today with a medical form to fill in.

I'm gonna look at some macoms tonight- if I'm a 34 round back I'm thinking that I would need to order a medium ?

Mica - my shock absorber just does up round the back like a normal bra but I am thinking front fastening might be better at first?

I'm seeing my surgeon on Monday to
Decide on implant size so will ask if he recommends anything
 1 month today!!!! Lol

Yeah babe, absolutely get your self a front fastener so either M&S or macom! You'll defiantly find a front fastener so much easier for the next few weeks after you've had the op! Then, eventually once your boobs have settled down and you've got all movement back in your arms, etc you can wear your shock absorber.  Yes, babe get your self a Medium - I think they do have black available in Medium if I remember correctly. Did you bring it up at the consultation, babe? You're all better now though aren't you so hopefully no reason why you can't... You'll be fine babe don't worry! I know what you mean about making it even more real.....I just want them done now, I just hope because I've waited so long that the excitement goes away and just turns into boredom! 3 weeks is so not long! Have you measured your back with a tape measure ? They say you need the actual measured size for a Macom, I've been wearing a 32/34 bra but I measure 29 underneath so have ordered. 30 extr small in the Macom xx

No don't be daft, babe. You'll be absolutely fine I'm sure of it as long as it's obviously nothing major and is only a minor issue sweetheart.

So, have you got everything you're going to need babe? Xx

Oh right, that's good babe, how come you don't have to have to wear a bra for the first week? I wish I didn't have to have them strapped up straight away in a sports bra. Yeah babe all sorted, although I am going to buy another V pillow because I've been using it (it's so amazing - how did I ever get comfy before using one!) so going to get a nice fresh one ready for when the boobs are done.
