Re: April Buddies
I can out at about 7:30pm too from my op. Lol at being adamant that you had not been done. I remember waking up and telling the male nurse in wreck very I was so proud of him as he was telling me he was also a nurse in the army and he had just come back from Afghanistan.
Today will be day 1 post op as yesterday was BA day. I never had any pain in my boobs, just pain in my arms and in my sides really. My chest felt really heavy like something pressing down on it, or sitting on it. Day 4 my incisions started to get itchy through healing which was a bit of a pain, but took antihistamines and this stopped the itching. I didn't really have a worse day to be honest, day 3 my arms and sides started to get better and I only had 1 pain killer the whole day.
I was only given co-codamol for my pain which was fine for a few days but it makes my eyesight go fuzzy so I stopped taking it and switched to paracetamol only and I was fine with that. If you want something stronger, just ask your nurse and she should get you something.
Xx

Hi girls. The girls who have already had their BA if you were nil by mouth from midnight was your surgery in the morning? My admission time is 9.30am it's a 2hr drive away (not looking forward to that on an empty stomach). Can you have sips of water? Xx

Hungry now!! Mums just got her visitor lunch, I'm very jealous haha!!
I was given anti sickness drugs throughout the GA so maybe that's why I'm not queasy and so hungry!!!
Just peeked down under my Macom, they're quite far apart but were pre op!
Can't believe it's done!!xx

Congratulations!!! enjoy the rest of your day. I'm jealous as I'm home now. My surgeon left some credit card style things in my room for each boob maybe you've had some left too. I didn't notice mine until this morning Xxx

Me too Dayzee I feel fine so far! Just lazing on my bed with my leg pumps on! Hope it continues!
Just had more antibiotics and paracetemol into my vein hand thing, right leg really aching but boobs feel fine just tight and hard.
Sipping away on my lucozade. Haven't slept at all since coming round so starting to feel it now.
Don't want to "check out tomorrow I'm loving hotel boobsville!
