Re: 6 days to go!!
Keep hydrated- lots of water and no alcohol. I tried to eat healthy and cut down on sugar too (except the day before I had some apple straws!) And make sure you eat some good lean protein. Body requires protein to heal and make new cells so make sure there's plenty in your food.
I got really stressed the day before the op as had so much to do- food shop and clean the house and set things ready so I wouldn't have to reach/lift. This 6 days will fly by for you xx

Re: 6 days to go!!
I had my last glass of wine last night, just a little destress after work!!
I've got most of what I need done, staying with my partners parents and my parents over the week I'm off so someone is constantly with me whilst I'm off.
Week off work, and then a friend at work is bringing me in to work for a further 3/7 days!
Can't wait now xxx

Re: 6 days to go!!
You should definitely get your D/DD :)
I only had 280cc and couldn't fit into 34D sports bra yesterday... Mind I am still very swollen so I probably end up C, which I asked for.
Keep us posted on your progress xx

Re: 6 days to go!!
I think you can easily pull of bigger. I was agonising over the size for ages and went for smaller one as I was afraid to be too big but actually you get used to them so quickly and I think I could have had bigger 310cc without looking massive. I just chickened out. Still really happy with what I've got as it's so much better and bigger what I had before xx

Hey Emily! How exciting I only have a few more days than you to wait, hoping it hurries up I'm so excited and impatient now haha. Are you going as a day or overnight case? I'm a day case and still wondering what to pack! Have you got the arnica tablets or the gel? I have some gel already but heard the tablets are good? I might get some multivitamins too to help me heal. How are you feeling excited/nervous? Probably both haha xx

Re: 6 days to go!!
Hey,
I didnt bother getting the gel at this stage. I might send the other half out to get it if i get bad bruising.
Im gonna start taking it 2 days before to help reduce swelling and bruising.
Ive also just started taking vitamin e as this helps soften scare tissue when you are healing.

Re: 6 days to go!!
Hi, babe!! Congratulations, it's so close now!!
I bet you can't wait!!
I love everyone else's advice on here.. Definitely keep yourself at optimum health in the lead up to your big day! Eat a very healthy diet with lots of protein, as kdee says, and try and get lots of sleep because you don't want to make yourself drained or tired before your op. Get everything prepared, including your overnight bag and pillows for your car journey!
Most of all, get very excited because your special day is fast approaching!! Woooo!!! Xxxxxxx
