I'm 8 weeks post op tomro. Had subfascial overs n still have muscle pain at the tops and around the sides Give You  Cleavage n sometimes under I get sharp pains. It's strange out of a bra the twInges go. How long does this last?

Everyone's different. As time passes pains and twinges become less frequent, 8weeks is still early in your recovery.
I'm well over a year post op and still get the odd twinges now and then. XXX

Mirren's completely right, babe! I'm 7.5 weeks post op and I still get sharp pains, twinges and definite un-comfort in the mornings! 8 weeks post-op is still very premature in the healing stage as you will still be healing internally!!

It can.last a while, when ur in the house etc pop into ut sports bra might be comfortable xx

No one can give you a definitive answer on that. We're all different, we all heal at different rates. It's going to be a while yet though. I had a really bad day on Thurs, lefty was so sore and the scar shooting, and that's 8months. I'm not trying to scare you, just let you know that it's normal. But it will get better and more tolerable.

Thanks I find it worse in the evenings n mornings with my cleavage gives Sharp twinges. I was going to buy a pretty bra today but ended up with another support bra as they are not ready for normal bras I don't think x
