I didnt notice mine dropping but looking at all my pics they look fully dropped from about 4 months post op x

I had overs, so mine didn't drop, they just gradually settled. I think it can take a good few months to drop, and one boob may drop quicker than the other.

I didnt actually notice mine dropping and i never had the really high square look, maybe because i had smaller implants, but mine looked settled by 4-6 weeks x
