Sports Bra / work
Hi
A bit of a boring question but how have others managed wearing a sports bra under their work clothes etc? I work in an office / formal environment and just wondering what I could wear that would work with this type of bra. From my past experience my nips sticking out has tended to be an issue with these bras. Perhaps it is just the ones I have bought in the past! Any tips would be appreciated. I know it's a small price to pay for boobs but, I would rather not share my nipples with the whole office!
Thanks

hi I work on reception so need to dres kinda prifessionl but can get a way with vest tops and a cardian
You can add breastfeeding pads inside the sports br or the padding out a bikini top to conceal the nipples
but you will find that it is quite easy to dress xx

Re: Sports Bra / work
Babe you should be able to get a sports bra that has a tiny bit of padding in so that it covers your nipples if they tend to stick out :) I've been on two dates in the last week and have had to wear my very unflattering sports bras haha! Nobody could tell though because my sports bras are made of quite thick, lycra-like material so they make my boobs appear round as opposed to looking like cones haha!
You'll be fine, babe! Take care and good luck returning to work xxxx

Re: Sports Bra / work
I'm finding the huge straps hard to hide in my work clothes esp as most tops n dresses are round neck. My marks and Spencer one especially is hard to hide
