ladies with overs advice needed pls
My natural breasts never pointed forward always slightly left and right, my right implant is under tissue and where my natural breast would lie. My left is slightly more towards the front and for this reason the cleavage isn't covered by my tissue as this isn't How my natural breasts were. It's only about 1cm but it means I've got rippling in the cleavage area On my left breast, when I lie down u see it slightly and feel it bend over u feel it. I'm wondering if after 1 month post op, the implant will find its natural place and settle into a more natural position? I'm seeing my ps on the 5th Feb, I understand rippling is a risk but it's because the implant is too frontal and away from the natural tissue of my breast x

Hi Hun,
I don't have overs so can't advise from experience , but do know that early post op boobs can be all over the place before settling, so hopefully yours are just going through that stage before lefty finds it's home and settles. It's not long to wait before you see you're surgeon again so hopefully she will be able to reassure you. XXX

Thanks for replying, I am happy with them they are better than they were but if they were both like my right breast if be over the moon, I can't feel the implant at all the the right as its hidden under tissue but it's directly under the skin On the cleavage of my left. I'm still hoping it settles over time and the rippling goes away

Your breasts will settle into the same position they were pre-op Lou. So if you had one slightly left, one slightly right, that's exactly the look you'll still have but of course they're going to be bigger.
I'm trying to understand all of your post so excuse me if I add more info than needed.
Your cleavage area (the sternum) can have skin raised by a cm as you said. It can often raise much more, but this does settle over time. It can be quite sore too, but it does get better.
The rippling. If you're able to actually 'see' it then when you see your surgeon on the 5th be sure you show your surgeon and this part is most important - be sure your surgeon notes the 'visible' rippling. If you're unsure if the surgeon has written it down. Don't be shy of asking your surgeon to read back to you what he's written.
The rippling you're able to feel however is something MANY of us can feel whether we have partials or overs. This is VERY common and unless visible not something to worry about at all Lou. Xx
