Bras in bed
Does anyone else not wear anything to bed? I feel most comfy without a bra on but keep reading its best to wear something. My surgeon said there was no need but just wondered what you guys thought. X

Re: Bras in bed
I wear a bra in bed because i have been advised to by my surgeon for up to 8 weeks post-op. Even if it was optional i would still wear one because i want to maximise the life of my boobs and prevent sagging as much as possible! I never wore a bra before in bed but i wouldn't know any different now :)
Obviously if your surgeon hasn't advised you either way then it's your decision babe :)
Take care xxxxx

Re: Bras in bed
i don't usually wear a bra to bed, they're quite firm at this point so i like to let them roam free. i find that when i sleep on my side that's the only time they actually touch, if i try pushing them together any other time the pectoral muscles just restrict me lol

Re: Bras in bed
It's up to each individual as to whether or not they want to wear a bra to bed or not & what you find comfortable.
I sometimes wear a bra other times I wear vest type pj tops that have built in support at the boobs.
In supporting them even when sleeping I think it helps delay sagging and keeps them looking good for as long as possible.XXX

Re: Bras in bed
Agree with Mirren babe. There's nothing to say you need to wear anything if you'd rather not once you've been given the all clear.
I'm personally very paranoid about sagging so do everything 'I can' to help put back the clock. Of course its inevitable gravity is going to take hold one day, but I hope to put that day off for as long as I can and so I choose to wear my sportbra in bed as well as using a kush so I'm not only keeping my boobs stable I'm also hopefully avoiding cleavage wrinkling too. Moisturising twice a day is just part of my day now too, so I'm very over cautious.
So you do whatever you feel you'd like to do Misty. You paid for 'em babe and if you want to enjoy them free at night then you do just that hun. Xx

Re: Bras in bed
I generally wear a sport bra as I do feel more comfortable, and I am trying to jeep them looking good for as long as possible. However, there are times I don't wear one and I think when it gets warmer I will wear it less as I do get rather warm in it.

Re: Bras in bed
After your post op instructions, there's no 'need' to wear a bra in bed, its just up to you. I find if I don't wear one to sleep I'll wake up in the night really achy, so slip one on. Plus it helps keep them supported. As above, its up to you and the aesthetic you want to keep.

Re: Bras in bed
It's advisable to wear a support/sports bra to bed to prevent sagging and keep the look of your boobs for as long as possible. I wear my sports bra every night, 4k is too much money to leave them hang out unsupported in my opinion x
