My righty looks and feels lovely a natural.  Lefty was a lot more swollen and although the swelling has gone down it still looks rather stuck on in comparison, higher with the implant more noticeable less natural. I'm 4 weeks post op and wonder if they are like this for good now or due to change again?

Every implant will soften and get better over time. You think they feel lovely a natural now at 4wk? Wait until you hit 6mth! There are so many changes yet to happen. I think sometimes girls go into this thinking its an over night process, but it takes a LOT of time and patience. Even at 3mth they will look and feel totally different. They will drop into their pocket properly, and then over the course of a year will get softer and softer. So not an over night thing, but yes, they will continue to change.
