New bra/avi but sick of my boobs :'(

Hey girls, havent been on here for a long time!! hope everyone is well :) 

I still havent heard from my surgeon    and im getting pretty pee'd off about it too. My referral was put through last year in september!!!!! WTF.. wouldnt you think id hear back by now??    honestly im going crazy    i rung up a month after and they said i should get a letter in a week or so... ummm its been nearly 3months since then!

Anyways i got this new bra for only $4.. i do like it but im really not liking the shape of my boobies anymore. i love the size for sure but they're quite low and i SOOOOOOO want them more higher and faker looking. Im getting heaps jellyfish looking at other girls avi's of hp/xhp boobies and then theres me with my lows    

I have tried on push up bra's but it just doesnt create that look for me! this new bra is so comfortable and isnt even a push up either which surprised me lol

argh i dont know ive just been down for a long time and needed to tell someone otherwise im going to rip sh*t apart haha

Sorry to hear you are down about your boobs, I think your avi pic looks fab!
If you were expecting to hear from your surgeon before now I would get back in contact , you may have been overlooked, so start chasing them up and remind them that you are there and waiting!
I do hope things start to move in the right direction for you soon and hopefully you won't have to wait too much longer for your op.

Aw, babe I feel awful for you. You shouldn't be so down after spending so much on your op :(
How big are your boobs, honey? If they're big then surely a Wonderbra would create a plunged, full look? I know exactly how you feel.. I'm going through post-op blues myself at the moment because i feel my boobs aren't as big as i expected. But then other times i love them. I think it's very natural that you're feeling down as we're constantly comparing ourselves to the gorgeous looking boobs we see on here.

aw T sorry to read that you are feeling down I want the boobs o=you have, im the opposite mine are so high and wont drop its driving me mad, and thats after a reop

I would just keep pushing to see the surgeon start calling everday til you get an appointment xx

Aww sorry to hear that hunny, I know how you feel my last pregnancy (I'd had my 1st ba then) and it did change the look of them , after they felt and looked a lot more natural, they dropped a lot, and didn't look as high and round as they did before I was pregnant .

Hence I had Bas number 2closey followed by 3! X

I'm unsure how your referrals work in New Zealand babe, but here in the UK, the referral comes from our doctor to the consultant surgeon 

Is this how it works over there too? Or do you have to pay for the referral through insurance? 

If its through your doctor, then a visit back to see your doctor explaining how this is affectioning you emotionally really is in order lovely. Its disgraceful you've had to wait four months already and have not been contacted yet to give you an appointment! It may be possible that your doctor isn't aware that an appointment hasn't yet been through for you, so chasing that up might just bring things to light for them and from there they can hopefully get you through as a priority case then.

If its through your insurance then contact your insurance complaint and let them do the chasing for you.

There's seems to be a break down in communication somewhere for you to be waiting for such a long a long time, so hopefully a kick up the backside is all its going to need to need to help you get that appointment soon babe.

Mrsball i was having trouble with my boobs before i was pregnant but those issues sure have enhanced after bubs :/

Cookie yes its the same here.. first doctors then they send the letter to the surgeon. That was where i rung up first asking if he did send it. He said he had and to call the hospital which i did and they said it would take a week or so. So its there fault and not the doctor? do i still need to go to the doctor again to tell how the waiting is affecting me? by doing that, will he be able to speed things up? im so confused by all of this haha

I dont know the proper number anymore so i'll just ring the hospital and ask to be put through to my surgeon or her assistant. 

Baby girl is doing so well!! she lights up my days when i hit the low points. She shouldnt have to see me cry all the time though, its not fair on her   
im trying to stay strong! its affecting my relationship with my partner too.

Yes, contact your doctor lovely and get them to chase this up for you. A doctor has far more authority than yourself when speaking with the secratary of the surgeon and this should then speed it up for you.

have you tried on different styles of bra?

Whilst you keep chasing the surgeon / dr..

All the best babes - and whilst we all wish to have perfect boobs - it just isnt possible to be 100% perfect and bras are still there to 'create' some looks for us, so try some different styles of bra on.

I am just recently post op - and I am already finding out some bras dont work for me (they cant create the look or comfort I want)..

hey prettylil, yes i have tried on many different bra's. Its so hard here because they dont have bra's with big cup sizes AND small band sizes. They just go up band sizes and not much past D cups eg 12D, 14D, 16D, 18D.. its ridiculous. Its like only larger women can have bigger boobs grrrrr. 

I'll have to try find a wonderbra ! i dont know where i'll get one here lol
